The Plot
 

Mad scientist Dr. Emmett Brown develops a car that makes time travel possible. Young Marty, the first person to use this machine, is sent into the past instead of the future due to a slight timing error.

A mistake Marty makes thirty years in the past has an interesting effect on his own destiny. Now, Marty must try to correct this mistake, which could even prevent his own birth, and then return to his own time.

The only person who can help him is his old friend, Dr. Emmett Brown.
